Christ Jyoti Convent School is a Christian Minority Community English Medium School for boys and girls. It is directly under the management of Christ Jyothi Province of the Congregation of the Sister of Nazareth (CSN). The Congregation of the Sisters of Nazareth was founded in Kerela in 1948, dedicated to the integral development of families especially of women and children, in imitation of the Holy family of Nazareth i.e, Jesus, Mary and Joseph.

Christ Jyoti Convent School was established on 10th February, 1998 by Christ Jyoti Province, Allahabad under the patronage and guidance of Rev. Mother Terecine CSN, the then provincial Superior of Christ Jyothi Province, Allahabad and through the sustained effort and hard work of its first Principal, Rev. Sr. maggie CSN.

Christ Jyoti Convent School comes under Christ Jyothi province Society, Jalandhar, which is registered under the Society Registration Act XXI 1860 vide NO:697 of 1997-1998 and is enjoying all the rights and privileges granted to the minorities enshrined in the Articles 29 and 30 of the Indian Constitution. Rev.Mother Genesia CSN, the Provincial Superior of Christ Jyothi Province, Allahabad, is the present President cum Manager of this society. Athough this school is run by a minority community, admission is opened to the boys and girls of all communities of all religions, caste and creed. The school aims at providing a sound education to the students for the world of tomorrow with a zeal and spirit of service.
