Christ Jyoti Convent School is a Christian Minority Community English Medium School for boys and Girls. It is directly under the management of Christ Jyoti Province Society of the Congregation of Sisters of Nazareth (CSN). Congregation of Sisters of Nazareth is founded in Kerala in 1948, dedicated to the integral development of families especially women and Children, in imitation of the Holy family of Nazareth i.e. Jesus, Mary and Joseph. All the members of the Nazareth Congregation are Catholic nuns.

The Governing body of Christ Jyothi Province, Jalandhar will take the final decision of all its major issues. They gather once or twice in a year in its office of Christ jyoti Convent and take resolutions for the betterment of this institution. The Provincial Superior of Christ Jyothi Province, Allahabad is the president of this governing body. The present members are Sr. Genesia CSN - President, Sr. Jasmine CSN – Vice President, Sr. Greshma CSN – Secretary and a few members. The day to day matters of this institution are handled by the Local Managing Committee, which includes Chairman – Sr. Agnette CSN, the principal, Secretary- Sr. Saly Jose CSN, the Vice-principal, Treasurer – Sr. Lavanya CSN and a few elected members.
